CATALYST, AGCO's global rotational development program, is designed to offer you in-depth career experiences, ongoing mentorship, and targeted training across a range of business areas. You will be immersed in experiences that directly make a difference. Full-time CATALYST positions allow you to rotate between three or more business areas to help you prepare for your next career steps within AGCO.
The Product Support Specialist provides technical assistance to growers and dealers through calls, on-site visits, and online support for our equipment and machinery. They collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful equipment product launches, develop technical publications, and lead dealer training on our equipment. Additionally, they analyze market trends, support sales efforts, and enhance customer relationships through field insights and product clinics.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will have career opportunity as a Product Support Specialist, Supply Chain Analyst, Data Engineer, or other roles at AGCO. This position will pay $70,000. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 7% of compensation.
