About the team
The Facility Operations Center (FOC) is a singular support team which proactively monitors life-safety systems and infrastructure equipment alarms (e.g., chillers, temperature sensors, generators, UPSs, switchgear, breakers, PDUs, ATSs, etc.) that provide power and cooling to data centers on a 24x7x365 basis.

We support Data Center Engineering Operations teams who are responsible for the operation of infrastructure equipment. Our role is to ensure that critical alarms are properly Responded to, Acknowledged, Investigated, and Dispatched (RAID). Additionally, the FOC serves as a communications hub during both standard and emergency operations.
