Administrative Executive Coordinator (aHEO) - Legal Office
POSITION DETAILS
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Executive Coordinator to support the Legal Office. This role is crucial in assisting with various legal matters, ensuring compliance, and facilitating the smooth operation of the legal department.
This position reports to the Acting General Counsel. In addition to CUNY title overview, responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
with financial goals.
-Coordinate and prepare Commission on Ethics and Lobbying in Government (COELIG) information for Financial Disclosure Statements and honoraria.
-Assist with mandatory COELIG ethics training of College employees.
-Help with record retention and destruction according to record retention & management guidelines.
-Coordinate with Provost's Office to process adjunct workload waiver requests and reports.
-Assist with time & leave reporting and timesheets for legal department.
-Submit invoice payments, subscriptions, and other payments via CUNYBuy & CUNYFirst.
-Submit Adjunct NTA appointments & timesheets in AEMS.
-Prepare & submit agency shop fee authorizations for approval.
-Monitor and respond to emails to the legal department?s
general email address.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor?s degree required.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Salary commensurate with education and experience, within the approved salary range $70,541- $81,712.
