Responsibilities :

* Lead the day-to-day operations of the facility, including supervising department heads and staff, ensuring high standards of care and service.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations, including overseeing licensing, surveys, and audits.
Oversee budgets, billing, and financial performance, including managing revenue, expenses, and resource allocation.
Recruit, hire, and train staff members, fostering a culture of excellence, respect, and teamwork.
Promote a resident-centered approach to care, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction and well-being for residents.
Serve as a liaison between residents, families, staff, and the broader community, addressing concerns and fostering positive relationships.

Qualifications:

* Must have an active Iowa LNHA license
* Preferred experience as an Administrator
* Experience in long-term care (LTC) preferred
* Experience with fundraising is a plus
