Today we are looking for a Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Tourville Apartments in Marquette. Please browse the community below and consider this your personal invitation to apply!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM to 4 PM day shift hours. On call rotation is 1 week every 7 weeks to give you a great work life balance!
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

What we are offering:

• Up to $21.00 hour
• Yearly raises up to 5%
• Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year!
• On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
• $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

 Qualifications:

• 2 + years’ experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent
• Dry walling including painting
• Light carpentry skills
• Knowledge of plumbing repairs
• Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Able to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
