This position plays a role in supporting fundraising efforts by providing strategic insights into data to improve fundraising performance. Using business intelligence and prospect research tools, this position supports the effort to prioritize prospects within fundraisers’ portfolios in addition to the overall Foundation effort. The assistant director works with peers and supervisors to establish annual goals and objectives for the department.
