Responsibilities
Assist the Property Manager in daily operations of the property
Respond to tenant inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Help coordinate property maintenance and repairs by liaising with vendors
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with budgeting processes
Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance
Assist in leasing activities, including unit showings and tenant applications
Prepare and distribute communication to tenants regarding policies and updates
Requirements
Proven experience in property management or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of tenant laws and property regulations
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
