A breathtaking space with THREE inviting bars - main bar, upstairs Cadillac Lounge bar, and an outdoor bar- plus top notch chef driven food are a solid recipe that already has Ometeo as Tyson's new favorite bar scene!Our bar teams work hard, take pride in what we do, treat our guests like friends, and have fun while doing it! We have a reputation at our bars for building very strong and loyal regular neighborhood followings and so we are actively looking for bar professionals to join this bar team who will be focused on doing the same in our newest venue. Ideal candidates have both fine dining and high volume experience; are reliable, efficient and organized; are excellent TEAM players, and truly enjoy providing memorable guest experiences. Candidates bring a positive and professional approach to the position and possess a genuine passion and enthusiasm for hospitality and the restaurant business.
The Ometeo beverage program boasts a creative but approachable cocktail program alongside an eclectic wine list and an excellent craft beer list and of course an eye catching agave spirits lists of tequila and mezcal.
