Your Impactful Role:

Develop Personalized Programs: Create and implement tailored ABA programs for each child.
Collaborate with Families: Work closely with families and clinicians to provide exceptional support.
Mentor and Guide: Lead and support Behavior Technicians in delivering quality services.
Track Progress: Use data collection software to monitor and update client progress.

What We're Looking For:

Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Experience developing and implementing client programs.
Enthusiasm for training and supporting staff.
Ability to pass a background check, TB test, and provide proof of immunizations.
