Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and derive meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in business process modeling techniques and tools, such as BPMN or UML.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile project environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry standard business analysis frameworks, such as BABOK or PMIPBA, is preferred.
• Professional certifications, such as CBAP or CCBA, are a plus
