Business & Economics Teacher – Cambridge School, Poland

Are you a passionate and experienced Business & Economics Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in an international Cambridge school? We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable educator to inspire students in the fields of business, finance, and economic principles.

About the Role

As a Business & Economics Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons following the Cambridge IGCSE and A-Level curriculum, helping students develop a strong understanding of entrepreneurship, global markets, and financial decision-making. You will encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and real-world application of economic and business concepts.

Key Responsibilities

📊 Teach Business Studies and Economics at IGCSE and A-Level

📊 Develop engaging lessons that incorporate real-world case studies, current affairs, and financial literacy

📊 Encourage critical thinking and analytical skills in business and economic contexts

📊 Guide students in research projects, presentations, and business simulations

📊 Assess and track student progress to ensure high achievement

📊 Support students preparing for Cambridge exams, university applications, and future careers

📊 Contribute to extracurricular activities such as business clubs, competitions, and enterprise projects

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field

🔹 Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)

🔹 Experience teaching IGCSE and/or A-Level Business & Economics (or equivalent international curriculum)

🔹 A passion for real-world business applications and economic trends

🔹 Strong classroom management and communication skills

🔹 Ability to engage and inspire students in a multicultural setting

Minimum Application Requirements

Qualification:

Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Experience:

2 Years

Type of Staff:

Male or Female can apply to this job

Must be western trained (USA, Canada, UK, Scotland, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand & South Africa)

Must be a native speaker of English

Prefer candidates with international experience

Teachers with a degree but no teaching qualification are NOT accepted

Experienced teachers with no qualification are NOT accepted

Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted

Remuneration Package

Salary Range:

A salary   PLN (Polish Zloty) per month based on experience and qualification, 12-32% Tax is applied

Housing:

Housing allowance of Based on application   PLN (Polish Zloty) provided

Medical:

State/Public medical provided

Flights:

PLN (Polish Zloty) Allowance is provided

Bereavement Leave:

Bereavement leave given

Emergency Evacuation:

Emergency evacuation given

Contract Length:

2 years contract renewable on mutual agreement
