Overview:
We are seeking Business Systems Analysts with strong analytical thinking, business process understanding, and technical communication skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with low-code platforms, SQL, microservices, and containerized environments. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Position: 3 to 6 Months Contract-to-Hire (CTH) W2 Only (US Citizens or Green Card holders)

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document complex business needs and technical requirements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient solutions

  • Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to extract and analyze data

  • Support systems running in microservices and container-based environments

  • Use business analysis tools like Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart for process mapping

  • Participate in project management activities using tools like ADO, Jira, or Asana

  • Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders

  • Adapt to new systems and technologies as required

Requirement Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role

  • Experience with low-code platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools

  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, and monitoring/logging platforms

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Certifications: CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe (preferred)

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field

Additional Information:

  • Only US Citizens or Green Card holders will be considered

  • Must be able to work onsite 2 3 days a week at either CA location

  • Position may convert to full-time based on performance
