Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Business Systems Analyst **Location:** Stockton, California (Hybrid) **Pay Range:** $50.00 per hour **What's the Job?** + Apply advanced business analysis concepts to identify, evaluate, and define highly complex systems scope and objectives based on business practices and processes. + Initiate, design, or modify highly complex systems and procedures where standardized policies may or may not exist. + Develop unit integration and acceptance testing plans and scenarios, leading cross-functional teams to address complex business or systems issues. + Perform in-depth analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into proper system specifications. + Consult with end-users to clarify data and reporting needs for complex business intelligence solutions and analytics. **What's Needed?** + Bachelor's degree in a related field with three years of increasingly responsible experience in business systems analysis, or an Associate's degree with five years of related experience. + Experience with ERP/SIS systems such as PeopleSoft Campus Solutions is required. + Advanced knowledge of business process and systems analysis functions. + Strong understanding of complex process and systems requirement documentation standards. + Proficiency in computer flow charts, programming logic, and codes. **What's in it for me?** + Engagement in meaningful projects that impact organizational goals. + Collaboration with diverse teams and professionals. + Professional development and training opportunities. + Work in a dynamic and innovative environment.
