Position Overview:

Location: Remote (PST Preferred)

 

Salary: $70K - $80K/yr.

 

Job Summary : As a Campaign Manager , you will lead the development and execution of impactful multi-channel campaigns. You'll be the central point of contact, collaborating closely with our technical and account management teams to ensure seamless delivery of client objectives within established deadlines. This role demands a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, analytical prowess, and exceptional communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns for NextGen and clients across multiple channels
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences and develop effective campaign strategies
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable campaign plans
  • Technical support to sales and client support teams on use case development and execution on NextGen vendor products

Campaign Execution & Management

  • End-to-end campaign execution and management for different channels
  • Ensure campaign execution aligns with the plan
  • Coordination with account management and technical teams on campaign requirements

Campaign Performance & Analysis

  • Closely monitor campaigns to ensure adherence to plans, timelines and effectiveness of platform communications
  • Analyze campaign metrics and identify areas for improvement or optimization
  • Leverage analytical insights to develop key highlights and tailored use case recommendations for inclusion in monthly and quarterly client business reviews
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the functionality and performance of the products we distribute and support

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with both internal and external cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing to ensure a cohesive customer experience
  • Assist with partner and client campaign training on Resulticks and other assigned vendor products
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture .

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in campaign management (digital marketing)
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, information technology, computer science or a related field
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn digital marketing products quickly
  • Proven experience in managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Proven ability tomanage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Experience in client servicing or account management
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
  • Flexibility on work hours to accommodate periodic company meetings in other time zones
  • Willingness to travel when required
  • Physical demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
