We're a leading infrastructure solutions firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Aviation Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key role in delivering successful projects for our clients in the aviation sector.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage all phases of aviation projects, from planning and design to construction.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations.
Serve as the Engineer of Record, ensuring all designs meet safety and regulatory standards.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for clients.
Mentor and guide junior engineers within the team.
Actively participate in business development activities, including pursuing new projects and building client relationships.
What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in aviation engineering and project management.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and project teams.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in engineering software and design tools.
A passion for delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
Bonus Points:

Experience with FAA regulations and AIP funding.
Familiarity with pavement design and FAAR Field Design Software.
