Are you ready to become a cornerstone in connecting our business customers with Argon Industries? As a Client Sales Specialist , you will drive efficiency by ensuring that every order is entered flawlessly into our systems.

Your Role:

• Act as a vital link between clients and our sales department, overseeing contract reviews and ensuring accurate order entries.
• Navigate and maintain our databases and manufacturing software to keep our sales process running smoothly.
• Be the main point of contact for inquiries through phone and email, ensuring prompt communication.
• Support our sales initiatives with timely data entry, order tracking, and report preparation.
• Contribute to Excel-based projects and maintain up-to-date work instructions.
• Execute miscellaneous tasks related to sales and order processing.
• Prepare insightful reports to guide our sales strategy and planning.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Do you hold a High School diploma or equivalent?
• Have you been exposed to manufacturing/fabrication environments?
• Are you adept with MS Office and have a keen IT acumen, especially around ERP systems?
• Are you willing to work odd hours when needed, showing flexibility and reliability?
• Do you thrive both independently and as part of a team?
• Is your attention to detail coupled with excellent organization skills?
• Can you communicate effectively, with an urgent responsiveness to customer needs?
• Do you bring 5 years of ERP system experience to the table?
