Purpose of the Position :
The Clinical Education Consultant – 1099, is responsible for leading and contributing to successful implementations including education and training for customers that align with their clinical expertise. They will provide overall coordination and support throughout the entire implementation continuum by providing excellent customer service to their assigned accounts.
Responsibilities (fundamental job duties): - Provide in-person and virtual education to clinicians to support implementations of products within the Eitan Medical portfolio.
- Utilize clinical expertise to address questions and concerns related to the products within the Eitan Medical portfolio.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Account Managers and Director of Clinical Operations to designate a clinical lead for accounts that best meets the customer's and the company's needs, resulting in a fiscally responsible training plan.
- Provide a customer-centric approach by developing individualized implementation plans that best meet the unique needs of each healthcare organization.
- Execute strong interpersonal skills to effectively contribute to the team.
- Maintain high level of competency and ability to train on all products and supplies for both customer interface and clinical team readiness.
- Communicate with regional sales managers and sales leadership assigned to the account to facilitate collaboration and transparency throughout the implementation process.
- Advocate for continued improvement through escalation of customer feedback to improve patient outcomes and the customer experience.
- Facilitate dissemination of information through participation in scheduled meetings with the team on a regular cadence.

Position reports to the Director of Clinical Operations
Requirements:
Education:
- Degree in healthcare related field, additional education/credentials/licensing may be required per role.
- Professional certification in subspecialty preferred but not required.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years healthcare experience providing safe, effective patient care.
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing education and training in a clinical environment (preferred)
- Previous experience collaborating with organization unit or divisional leaders.
- Experience working with PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers and team members.
External Interface: - Key opinion leaders from a variety of healthcare organizations
- Clinicians – Providers, Nurses, Pharmacists, Paramedics
- Ancillary support staff – Biomedical Technicians, Information Technology and Supply Chain

- All travel expenses will be reimbursed per policy
- Expected travel is apx. 50% within the United States
- Valid driver's license is required
