Are you passionate about the wine industry and ensuring regulatory compliance? We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team at Scotto Cellars. In this key role, you will oversee all regulatory aspects of winery operations, ensuring we meet industry standards while maintaining our commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing the production and sale of wine
• Monitor and interpret industry laws and regulatory updates
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
• Prepare and submit required reports, documentation, and filings to regulatory bodies
• Develop and maintain company policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance
• Provide training to staff on compliance matters
• Collaborate with legal, operational, and quality control teams to resolve compliance-related issues

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in a compliance-related role, preferably within the alcohol or food & beverage industry
• In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., TTB, FDA, state liquor laws)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex legal and regulatory documents
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
