Job Summary:
The Constituent Relationship Management Admin Principal will manage the overall architecture for the enterprise as it relates to the academic, enrollment and communication efforts serving UK Main Campus. The preferred candidate will have experience in analyzing business requirements as well as designing CRM system standards and policies. Candidates should have a strong understanding of CRMs in general, the Salesforce Product, and data flow between systems. The preferred candidate will be able to independently develop and describe logical processes driven by campus data which control actionable items for users to consume and execute on.
