Are you ready to take the wheel and drive success? As a full-time  Construction Administrator at SIXT, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Management Team and Director, assisting with budget preparation, project tracking, and document management. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT  

• You provide administrative support by managing project documentation, including contracts, schedules, permits, and change orders.
• You assist in budget and financial management, including preparing budget requests, tracking expenditures, and processing POs and invoices.
• You coordinate project communication by scheduling meetings, distributing agendas, and following up on action items.
• You track project progress by monitoring schedules, deliverables, and generating regular status reports
• You ensure compliance with SIXT's branding, operational standards, local regulations, and financial tracking policies.
• You serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, including RFIs, submittals, and other issues.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER  

• Experience You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction administration or project support, preferably supporting senior leadership
• Education You have a Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Technical Proficiency  You are proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), experience with budgeting, purchase order systems, and invoice management, and have familiarity with construction documents, schedules, and industry practices
• Soft Skills  You have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills,
• Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks with an ability to collaborate effectively with teams and external partners
