LaSalle Network has partnered with one of Chicago's leading law firms, dedicated to excellence, innovation and client-centric solutions. We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to join their team and drive talent acquisition efforts across HR, legal, finance and other business-related positions. 

As a Contract Recruiter , you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, engaging and securing top-tier talent for various critical positions within our firm. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, execute recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless hiring process. 

Contract Recruiter Responsibilities: 

• Partner with department heads to comprehend staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans
• Source, screen and evaluate candidates using innovative and traditional sourcing techniques 
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact through offer acceptance 
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications and present recommendations to hiring managers
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, outreach and relationship building
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience 

Contract Recruiter Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in legal, financial or professional services industries 
• Strong understanding of HR, finance and administrative roles and their respective requirements 
• Able to be onsite in downtown Chicago 3 days a week 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment 
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field preferred
