Recruiter (In-Person Corporate)
Department : Recruiting
Responsibilities
  • Embrace and embody the values and culture of our organization in order to successfully identify ideal candidates to recruit.
  • Provide an exceptional experience for candidates interested in pursuing a career at our company by creating a personalized rapport as the first point of contact for our company.
  • Assist in facilitating and improving a personalized and consistent interview and recruitment process.
  • Use databases, social media, job sites, and additional recruitment strategies to proactively source and recruit candidates.
  • Manage requisitions, provide a good candidate experience, and work with hiring managers.
  • Review resumes and/or data for potential candidates and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews or discovery calls when necessary.
  • Source resumes and candidates utilizing networking sites and job boards, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and more.
  • Assess potential candidates for their relevant knowledge, experience, training, skills, and personality traits in relation to open and future positions.
  • Schedule and hold intake meetings with hiring managers to assess upcoming requisition responsibilities, characteristics, and experience levels.
  • Draft, edit, post, and monitor position descriptions on job boards.
  • Draft, review, and execute offer letters and employment agreements as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling follow-up calls, meetings, or interviews with relevant stakeholders including:
    • Reviewing availability and managing communication to all parties
    • Providing a detailed agenda and list of information presented at each stage
    • Following up with relevant stakeholders to confirm next steps
  • Support the monitoring of the recruiting inbox and answer any questions and inquiries from candidates or internal team members regarding recruiting.
  • Maintain detailed and unbiased notes based on calls and interactions with candidates and hiring managers per role in relevant system.
  • Meet Recruiting team and individual goals including but not limited to the number of candidates sourced, interviews held, offers accepted, and team member retention.
  • Handle corporate roles up to mid-senior level (4-5 years of experience).
    • Handle corporate roles up to Team Leader and Executive level as needed to support the team.
  • Additional responsibilities related to business needs.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years recruiting experience, preferably at an agency or mortgage company
