Spherion Staffing is looking to fill a temporary Customer Service Representative role (REMOTE OPPORTUNITY available).
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for making outbound calls to customers while ensuring a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include: assisting Health Plan Customers with inquiries regarding; Enrollment Information, Premium Payment Options, requests for Health Plan materials, and Health Plan Exchange Product information. Additional responsibilities include: maintain accurate documentation of customer contact, communicate effectively with customers, maintain confidentiality, and maintain good working relationships with co-workers. We are looking for candidates who reside in ND, SD, IA, NE, and MN for these remote options.

Pay $19/hour
Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5 pm
Assignment length: 7-9 months
REMOTE OPPORTUNITY available

Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to customers while ensuring a high level of customer service
-Assist customers with with inquiries regarding; Enrollment Information, Premium Payment Options, requests for Health Plan materials, and Health Plan Exchange Product information
-Maintain accurate documentation
-Perform data cleanup and facilitate access reviews, report results, and escalate issues as appropriate senior staff and management

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

-High School Diploma
-Minimum 2 years customer service experience required
-Ability to maintain confidentiality
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong computer knowledge, folder structures and Operating system
