### What You'll Do
- Manage the execution of marketing programs across various channels, from contract approval to campaign completion.
- Oversee key processes, including creating Salesforce opportunities, managing reservations, generating contracts, processing program assets, and approving invoices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between sales, clients, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Provide pre-sale support by assisting sales teams with executional details and project planning.
- Maintain program timelines, manage assets, and ensure all campaign elements are delivered accurately and on time.
- Troubleshoot issues, answer client questions, and proactively identify ways to improve processes.
- Assist with special projects and contribute to continuous improvements.
### What You Bring
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer success, client services, campaign management, or a similar role—internships included!
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinking and proactive troubleshooting to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.
