Title: Customer Success Manager
Reports to: Head of Customer Success
Location: Remote Home Office / must be located in the US
Compensation range: Up to 60K w/25% incentive bonus

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our team, you will be the main contact for our customers for renewals, upsells, escalations and promoting value. This role requires excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-lasting customer relationships.
