*Job Summary:*

As a Data Entry Clerk at StateFire, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure data integrity and support business operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Data Entry:

- Enter, update, and verify data in various databases and spreadsheets.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.

2. Data Management:

- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
- Scan and digitize paper documents.

3. Data Quality:

- Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Perform data validation and quality checks.

4. Reporting:

- Generate reports from database systems.
- Provide data insights to support business decisions.

5. Collaboration:

- Assist internal teams with data-related requests.
- Communicate data issues and resolutions.

*Requirements:*

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. 1+ year of data entry experience.

3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access).

4. Strong typing skills (40+ wpm).

5. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

1. Experience with database management software.

2. Familiarity with data analytics tools.

3. Basic programming skills (VBA, SQL).

*Working Hours:*

- Monday to Friday: 8am-5pm (flexible shifts)

*Additional Requirements:*

- Ability to work in a shared office environment.
- Reliable internet connection (for remote work).
- Background check (prior to hiring).
