As a Data Entry Keyer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our company's data. Your primary responsibility will be to enter and update various types of data into our database, ensuring that all information is correct and up-to-date.
Pay: $28 - $31 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data into our database systems
- Cross-check and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Create and maintain digital records of important information
- Respond to data inquiries and provide information as needed
- Identify and correct errors in data and report them to the appropriate parties
- Consistently meet quality and productivity standards for data entry
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative work
- Familiarity with data entry software and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
