Digital Marketing Director

Four Squared Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Director for a full-time opportunity located in South Florida.

The Director of Digital Marketing will lead the companys digital strategy to drive online growth, optimize website performance, enhance customer engagement, and increase lead generation and conversion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and expertise in website content management, SEO and/or SEM, paid advertising, CRM integration, and digital agency oversight. The ideal candidate will drive continued year-over-year growth through data-driven strategies, innovative digital initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

Website Strategy & Performance Optimization:

• Develop website content strategy and execution to ensure continued growth in traffic and unique visitors.
• Optimize website performance, including time on site, bounce rates, and conversion rates.
• Implement SEO and SEM best practices to improve organic and paid search performance.
• Continuously develop and innovate to enhance customer experience and maximize online bookings.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:

• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to improve lead quality and increase conversions.
• Oversee paid digital advertising strategies, including display, social, programmatic, and retargeting campaigns.
• Work closely with digital agencies to ensure alignment with business goals and optimize ROI.
• Build and maintain a high-quality email database, developing nurturing strategies to enhance customer journeys.

Analytics, CRM & Technology Integration:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives across paid media, social, email, and website performance.
• Utilize web analytics to track, analyze, and optimize digital marketing efforts.
• Develop comprehensive reports on digital performance.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and integrate a comprehensive CRM system that connects all digital touchpoints (website, Google Analytics, phone calls, third-party emails, etc.).
• Develop groundwork for lead management system to enhance tracking, nurturing, and conversion of leads.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving growth through digital channels.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid media, web analytics, and conversion optimization strategies.
• Experience in website performance, content strategy, and online booking platforms.
• Expertise in building CRM integration and digital marketing automation tools.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, as well as manage external agencies
