Your Impact:
We are looking for a Finance Manager to play a key role in partnering with high-visibility areas of the business and supporting strategic initiatives. This role involves working cross-functionally to translate complex business plans into quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans. You will develop and maintain key performance scorecards, build business cases, and provide proactive insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
As a Finance Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior team members while collaborating across departments to influence decision-making. What You Will Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of Senior Specialists, Analysts, and Senior Analysts, managing daily priorities, reviewing work, and providing coaching and feedback.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and thought leader within the finance team.
- Drive financial forecasting and planning processes in collaboration with business units, resulting in accurate quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range strategic plans (2-3 years).
- Conduct root cause analysis and deliver actionable insights by leveraging both financial and operational data.
- Communicate complex financial analyses and insights effectively to senior leadership through data-driven storytelling and strategic recommendations.
- Support business initiatives by developing financial models and business cases, assessing potential risks, and guiding key stakeholders in risk mitigation strategies.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.

What You Bring:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or an analytical role within a corporate environment.
- At least 1 year of experience with financial forecasting and analytical modeling.
- Strong ability to structure and communicate financial insights through formal documents and presentations.
- Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or corporate accounting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience leading and developing teams, either directly or indirectly.
- Proven track record in driving operational initiatives and process improvements.
- Experience managing mid-sized projects, programs, or financial processes.
- Background in retail, especially within a large or big-box organization.
- Experience working in a Fortune 500 company.
- CPA, CFA, or CMA certification.
