General Laborer Overview
Currently hiring a general laborer type. Someone to clean up inside and outside the shop, run errands,, mow grass, assist in moving large equipment, odds and ends type work. Knowledge of welding, mechanically inclined, forklift operation are a big plus. Willing to train people. Lift heavy things, organized, will keep themselves busy.

General Laborer Duties

• Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

General Laborer Skills

• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Basic knowledge of construction or labor-related tasks is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

General Laborer Compensation & Benefits

• $20 to $23/hr BOE
• Weekly direct deposit
