**Your role at Clorox:**
The Research Manager position is responsible for managing and delivering strategically significant projects for the Business Units (BUs). This role reports to a Dynamic Deployment Pod Lead and influences Brand, Sales, or R&D counterparts to help drive growth in the BUs.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Serve as the Insight research execution arm for the Business Units, consulting with the businesses to deliver strategic thought leadership and high impact research to support the BU strategy.
+ Ensure key business issues are framed appropriately in the research brief and that the research delivers against these objectives.
+ Design, manage, and deliver custom high-impact insights across all aspects of base growth, innovation, strategy, Net Revenue Management, category leadership and other business needs when deployed to BUs.
+ Develop strong cross-functional relationships and fosters integration of knowledge across the Insight group to yield critical business insights.
+ Learn continuously through an external lens to maintain superior functional skills.
+ Support development of tools, WoW, skills and capabilities to create a competitive advantage for Clorox through superior insights expertise.
**What we look for:**
+ Masters of Market Research, Behavioral Science, Economics, MBA or related field or equivalent work experience.
+ 5+ years of broad Market Research experience.
+ 3+ years of previous business-side research experience, preferably in CPG industry.
+ Has the ability to influence the business team, as a results-oriented driver of business impact, even if it means taking an unpopular stance.
+ Has strong written, verbal and persuasive skills, with the ability to integrate varied information into a holistic and cohesive perspective.
+ Collaborates well with varied functions and roles to effectively drive results.
+ Has strong technical and research skills, with critical thinking ability. -
+ Strong understanding of business operations with the ability to uncover and integrate multiple sources to craft an effective story that will influence business decisions.
+ Concisely and persuasively deliver the right insights to inform specific business decisions.

Hybrid: This individual will work in the office 3 days a week and 2 days remotely.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
-Zone A: $124,300 - $244,900
-Zone B: $114,700 - $224,500
-Zone C: $103,600 - $204,100

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox's incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
