Job Title: Graphic Designer (Part-Time)

Location: Dallas, TX 75261

Shift: Part-Time

Working Hours: As needed, Monday-Friday, between 8:30 AM 5:30 PM

Note:

• Priority skills: Adobe Illustrator (must-have), followed by InDesign and Photoshop.

General Summary:

Seeking a creative and highly motivated Graphic Designer to support brand development and marketing efforts across print and digital channels. This role involves designing for external marketing, internal communications, social media, and executive presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, create, and execute graphic designs across external/internal communications.
• Apply color theory, composition, typography, and brand consistency using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with team members to create engaging, brand-aligned content.
• Provide strategic direction and development for printed and digital marketing assets (e.g., signage, flyers, posters, brochures, infographics, wayfinding, logos, digital content).
• Translate concepts into visually compelling presentations using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Manage a high-volume workload and meet all deadlines efficiently.
• Coordinate with vendors to produce print and digital deliverables.
• Maintain and organize project archives on shared servers.
• Solve design challenges with creative, intuitive solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience creating visual content for print, digital marketing, or corporate communications (agency or in-house environment).
• Equivalent education and/or experience combinations may be considered.
• Valid Class C driver's license.

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator (priority), InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, and After Effects.
• Proficient with Pantone color management, scanners, printers, and DSLR cameras.
• Knowledge of DPI, resolution standards, and best practices for large-format, digital, and press printing.
• Experience communicating with external vendors and printers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, OneDrive preferred).
• Strong foundation in design principles, typography, photography, and design trends.
• Excellent problem-solving, conceptualization, and creative experimentation skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
