Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide exceptional care to patients in their homes. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in assisting with daily living activities, providing clinical support, and helping improve the quality of life for our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Provide mobility assistance, including helping patients with transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Provide personal care such as catheter care, wound care, and other nursing tasks as needed.
• Monitor patient condition and report any changes to the supervising nurse or healthcare team.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, helping them maintain a sense of independence and dignity.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home healthcare or clinical setting is preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to patient needs.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required for travel between patient homes).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
