Position Title: HR Assistant
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $34,000 annually (aprox. $16.35p/h)

Position Summary
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Assistant to support core human resources functions including payroll processing and general administrative tasks. This role requires strong English communication skills, the ability to manage confidential information, and a proactive mindset to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process payroll transactions accurately and on schedule using UKG payroll software.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, plan changes, and coordination with providers.
Maintain both electronic and physical employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Generate absence reports and other HR-related documentation as needed.
Support day-to-day administrative functions within the HR department.
Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Basic experience in payroll processing and general administrative tasks.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Professional, dynamic presence with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
(1-hour lunch break)
