The HR Mobility Admin typically has a minimum of 1- 4 years of experience in mobility administrative work or similar roles.
Key Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support including document printing and shipping, invoicing, organizing meetings, and contacting clients and EORs.
Processing mobility administrative tasks and requests such as immigration applications.
Assisting with periodic processes and procedures such as immigration audits, and inspections.
Ensuring that EOR mobility records are complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Conducting research on global mobility trends and regulations to support improvements.
Analyzing data and preparing reports to Team Leads and Regional managers as required
Other ad hoc duties as required by the department, including participation in projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
1-4 years of business immigration administrative experience
Strong writing, logical reasoning, and communication skills
Strong client services skills:
Strong attention to detail
Familiarity with JIRA, Notion and slack as a plus!
