Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of development experience with:
• Mainframe, ADABAS/NATURAL, JCL, TSO, and Utilities.
• Strong technical understanding of database design and software lifecycle processes.
• Proven experience in functional/technical design documentation and Mainframe application customization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills:

• System and data mapping/conversion experience.
• Familiarity with additional tools such as COBOL, SAS, REXX, CRM, or .NET.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and enhance existing system features.
• Collaborate with team leads to prioritize tasks.
• Conduct system analysis, design, and requirements sessions.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve system bugs.
• Engage with business users and stakeholders for system improvements.
• Conduct user research to ensure solutions meet user needs.
• Provide operational support and deliver tested features.

Tasks:

• Review system features and establish a strategic development plan.
• Develop solutions and maintain system functionality using tools like ADABAS/NATURAL.
• Create technical and functional design documents.
• Participate in regular team meetings.
