Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Scope:

To ensure all equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner and to the manufacturer’s specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to maintenance calls in a timely and professional manner
• Follow all preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities
• Enter work orders in SOMAX – CMMS software
• Respond to maintenance calls with basic hand tools (tool list will be provided by Maintenance Manager)
• Required to collaborate with all departments who need maintenance support
• Effective troubleshooting on electrical , mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Assist maintenance led to populate the shift change report
• Maintain a clean area including end of shift clean up
• Follow required PPE, and all Company and Safety policies
• Other duties as assigned

Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 10 - years of proven Maintenance Tech work in a stamping manufacturing facility, preferred
• Electrical knowledge
• Crane and Hilo, preferred
• Excellent organizational & time management skills
• Self-Motivated
• Microsoft Outlook skills
• Works well in a team environment
