Job Title: Experienced Hotel Night Auditor

Location: Hampton Inn, Mentor, Ohio

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Night Auditor with Hilton experience to join our hospitality team. If you take pride in delivering excellent guest service and have experience in hotel front desk operations, we want to hear from you!

Shift Requirement: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. If you are not available for this shift, please do not apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide the highest level of customer service at all times
• Greet and register guests, accommodating special requests when possible
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
• Process and balance cash, check, and credit transactions following company policies
• Complete night audit reports and day-ending procedures
• Maintain communication with housekeeping regarding special requests and late checkouts
• Receive and relay messages for guests professionally
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, local dining, entertainment, and travel directions
• Post room charges, explain guest bills, and manage any billing inquiries
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Stay knowledgeable about Hilton Brand Loyalty programs and their benefits
• Maintain professional phone etiquette and be visible at the front desk at all times
• Assist with breakfast setup and light prep cooking as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

✔️ Experience: Willing to train

✔️ Flexibility: Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays

✔️ Guest Service Focused: Strong communication and problem-solving skills

✔️ Independence: Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision

✔️ Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and hotel management systems

✔️ Professionalism: Strong organizational skills with a commitment to excellence

✔️ Math Skills: Must have a high school level understanding of math
