DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This professional-level position is responsible for comprehensive contract management activities within the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) unit. The role requires a thorough understanding of Title V of the Older Americans Act and its implementing federal regulations, as well as familiarity with SCSEP-specific guidance such as Data Collection Handbooks, Training and Guidance Letters, and related program documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, demonstrate proficiency in interpreting financial and performance data, and maintain a working knowledge of basic financial principles.
