Since the market launch of this strategy in mid-2023, Trianz has experienced enormous growth, success and recognition.

Job Description       

Oracle Apps DBA

Contract 1 year

Onsite – 5 days a week @ Pleasant Prairie, WI

Trianz is looking for an Oracle Apps DBA with good understanding of Oracle database and Oracle Applications 11i and R12/R12.2 concepts, architecture, related utilities, and tools.

•            Installation, configuration and upgrading of Oracle server software and related products.

•            Starting and stopping the application

•            Maintain and Administer Oracle applications multi-node environments.

•           Handling the Database design and implementation.

•            Performance Diagnostics and Tuning for Oracle databases and Oracle Applications.

•            Excellent Understanding of Oracle database and Oracle Applications 11i and R12/R12.2 concepts, architecture, related utilities, and tools.

•            Monitoring the application related products like oacore, oafmapache etc.

•            Bouncing apache, oacore, oafm if needed

•            Establish and maintain backup and recovery policies and procedures.

•            Take care of the Database design and implementation.

•            Implement and maintain database security (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges).

•            Work as part of a team and provide 24×7 support when required

•            Perform general technical trouble shooting and give consultation to development teams.

•            Interface with Oracle Corporation for technical support.

•            Patch Management and Version Control.

•            Maintaining and Patching Oracle Applications using adpatch and adop.

•            Perform database tuning and performance monitoring.

•            Perform application tuning and performance monitoring.

•            Performance Diagnostics and Tuning for Oracle databases and Oracle Applications.

•            Performance Diagnostics and Tuning of Concurrent Programs.

•            Cloning DEV and TEST from PROD.

•            Day-to-Day Oracle database and Oracle Applications Administration and troubleshooting.

•            Administration of users and responsibility assignments.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.       

Minimum 12 plus years of experience in Oracle APP DBA.
