Patient Services Outbound Representative (Malvern, PA)
Allow your passion for improving lives to shine in this role where you'll be the first point of contact assisting patients with activating their wireless heart monitor.
Your role:
Make outbound phone calls to patients to assist with activation of their monitoring device and provide technical support.
You will work within the Patient Services department meeting key performance indicators and delivering a high level of quality in a team-oriented environment.
You will train for 3 weeks, Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm ET with an Educator in a structured environment.
After training you will begin a 12-week ramp-up period and work Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm EST.
After training you will begin a 12-week ramp-up period and work Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm EST, 9:30am-6:00pm EST, or 10:00am-6:30pm EST.
You're the right fit if:
You have a High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED).
You've acquired 6+ months of experience of phone-based customer service or face-to-face customer service experience.
Your skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, strong computer skills including data entry, and the ability to work in multiple technical mediums simultaneously while remaining attentive to the patient and their concern.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You're an excellent communicator, professional and pleasant, patient and empathetic when providing support.
