Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Plant Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our manufacturing operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the plant's financial health and efficiency.

You will be responsible for:

• Lead and manage the plant's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance the plant's financial performance and ensure compliance with corporate standards and regulations.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas of improvement, providing actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with plant management to drive cost reduction initiatives and improve financial performance.
• Oversee inventory valuation, cost accounting, and capital expenditure analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial closings.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators.
• Supervise and develop the plant's finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Requires:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
