Job Summary

W e  are looking for a dependable and hard-working Production Laborer to support operations at our resin regeneration facility in Indianapolis. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in operations, manufacturing, or production environments and must be comfortable with physically demanding, hands-on tasks in an industrial setting.

 

Job Description

  • Learn and understand the resin regeneration process and supporting systems.
  • Operate safely in a water and chemical processing environment by adhering to established safety protocols.
  • Open and close valves to regulate water and chemical flow through pipelines and hoses to regenerate mobile trailers and steel tanks.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks including moving and pulling filled resin containers (approximately 3.6 cubic feet) and connecting hoses to various process equipment.
  • Frequently stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the work shift.
  • Use process instrumentation and handheld devices to perform daily tasks.
  • Apply basic mechanical skills to troubleshoot and repair steel tanks, equipment, and piping.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S principles and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Utilize basic to intermediate computer skills to complete documentation and reports.
  • Shift Schedule: 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

 

Skills Required

  • Previous experience operating process equipment in a production or manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
  • Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Must complete site specific safety training - completed on first day
  • Ability to communicate clearly to team members.
  • Be able to follow and read instructions.
  • Have basic math skills.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
  • Team-oriented, with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and solve operational issues.
  • Comfortable working in outdoor environments across varying weather conditions.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

 

Education

  • High School Diploma / GED

 

Pay Rate

  • $20 per hour
