We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Entry-Level Program Services and Accounting Data Coordinator to join our dynamic finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission while gaining valuable experience in accounting and data management. The Program Services and Accounting Data Coordinator will focus on program services, accounting support, data management, documentation, quality assurance, communication, training, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to day Salesforce database use/progress and provide regular updates to management about program-related data.
  • Serve as a point of contact for program services database-related inquiries and requests.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with data management and program implementation.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows to improve organizational productivity
  • Prepare and maintain SOPs and training materials.
  • Offer guidance and assistance with data entry, reporting, analysis, and troubleshoot any issues related to data management systems or procedures.
  • Participate in program reviews and evaluations to assess effectiveness and impact and recommend and implement improvements based on feedback and analysis.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Complete monthly reconciliation of credit card statements.
  • Process requests, monthly adjustments, and yearly inventory counts of adaptive aids.
  • Support month and year end closing activities.
  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits and validation procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for grant proposals and funding applications.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance and effectiveness and conduct reviews of processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Address any issues or discrepancies in data and documentation.
  • Ensure activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Seek opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Preferred experience working with QuickBooks (Online or Desktop versions)
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word)
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background screening including Level II fingerprinting, FDLE background check, and drug screening.
