Job Description

Our client, an advertising agency in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Freelance Project Manager to join their team.  The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation to final delivery. Your expertise spans CRM, direct marketing (DM), and digital channels. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.

• Develop detailed project plans and manage key milestones throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proactively identify risks, mitigate challenges, and adapt to changes as needed.

• Manage multiple projects within budgetary and schedule constraints.

• Act as the central point of contact for internal teams and external partners.

• Facilitate account/project-related meetings, including weekly status updates and internal reviews.

• Ensure timely documentation, such as contract reports and meeting notes with clear action steps.

• Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners.
• Track and manage project budgets to ensure deliverables align with financial constraints.

• Align project teams to ensure resources are available at the right times throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing CRM and 360 marketing campaigns (digital, direct mail, video, radio, etc.) in an advertising, media, direct marketing, or interactive agency.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, and technology disciplines.

• Strong understanding of multiplatform content execution and original content production.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project, Teams).

• Experience with project management/workflow tools such as WorkFront and JIRA is a plus.
