Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, and tech-savvy Operations Expert who thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment, knows how to get things done efficiently using modern technology, and has a talent for turning visions into structured, actionable results.


Our mission is to educate new and experienced real estate investors, empowering them to achieve financial freedom for themselves and their families. Our ambitious goal is to help 1,000 clients, agents, and team members achieve financial independence within the next three years.


About You:

You’re an operational powerhouse, skilled at implementing systems that simplify and enhance productivity, and interested in a position with a base salary with incentives to earn much more. You thrive in situations with minimal direction, taking the initiative to deliver results without waiting to be asked. You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and confident enough to push back respectfully when needed to ensure the best outcomes for the team and client experience. Real estate expertise is a must, as is your ability to navigate ambiguity and transform it into clarity and structure.

Compensation
:

  • Salary: $40,000
  • Bonus: 5% profit share, paid quarterly
  • Paid PTO

Compensation:

$60,000+ with performance based incentives

Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
  • Order office equipment and supplies as needed
  • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

  • Manage client onboarding paperwork, contract-to-close processes, and post-closing follow-ups for the real estate team. This will include multiple touch points with clients, and pursuing items needed from them until closed.
  • Deliver a seamless, predictable experience for clients by implementing efficient systems and procedures.

Superior Capital Group Operations:

  • Develop and manage operational systems for asset management of multifamily portfolios, investor relations, marketing, and social media.

Vacation Rental Operations:

  • Oversee operations for a small vacation rental resort in Minnesota, focusing on:
  • Marketing and booking systems.
  • Guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Review capture and profitability optimization.


Qualifications:
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  • Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
