Voliplex is a buy-and-hold investment firm based in Bellevue, WA. We focus on 10-year and longer hold periods, and we prefer to hold long-term property investments. We want our investments to last and to provide us with a good return.
We buy properties all over the US. We are not limited to any geographical region. We are happy to buy properties in any part of the country. We specialize in single-family houses, multi-unit, and mixed-use properties. We also buy commercial properties including office buildings, retail stores, and more. We buy properties in most any condition.

**Work Hours**: Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 5:30 pm US Pacific Time GMT+8
**Location:** Philippines
**Base Pay:** $800 - $1000/month
**Your roles and responsibilities:**
* Managing projects around building and refining a web-based dashboard that crawls real estate listings from platforms like Zillow and Redfin.
* Coordinating with developers, defining project tasks, and creating structured project plans.
* Managing and analyzing MLS data to improve investment decision-making.
* Supporting guest or tenant relations, filling vacancies, and maximizing property cash flow for Voliplex's managed properties.
* Identifying, evaluating, and negotiating new real estate investment opportunities.
* Contributing to the daily operations of Voliplex's real estate business.

**We’re looking for someone who is/has:**
* 3+ years work experience in real-estate (property management, acquisition, etc.) and project management
* Strong analytical skills to interpret real estate data and build algorithms
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Assertive communication skills on the phone
* Savvy with computers + able to pick up software independently with a proactive approach to learning new technologies and tools.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors quickly and efficiently.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
* Passionate about self development and continuous improvement
* Consistently + independently productive with minimum supervision
* Enthusiastic and has a can-do attitude
* Available 100% exclusively (no other commitments)
* Stable internet connection (with a potential backup connection available)
* Available during US business hours (Must be comfortable working graveyard shifts, potentially over the weekends or outside of regular business hours.)
