NexGen ConX is a dynamic business process outsourcing company specializing in lead generation, telemarketing, and customer support. We're on the hunt for a motivated, results-driven Sales/BPO Agent who can help us expand our client base. This role isn't just commission-based—it features a **recurring commission structure and commission up to 20%**. That means as long as the client you bring on board remains with us, you'll continue earning up to 20% from the deal made with that client monthly.
**What You’ll Do:**
* **Reach Out to Prospects:** Proactively identify and engage with potential business clients using cold calling, email, and other outreach methods.
* **Generate Leads:** Set appointments and create new opportunities that lead to lasting business relationships.
* **Build Relationships:** Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* **Present Our Solutions:** Clearly articulate how NexGen ConX’s customized outsourcing services can benefit potential partners.
* **Drive Growth:** Work independently to meet and surpass new client acquisition targets, contributing directly to our company's expansion.
**What We’re Looking For:**
* **Sales & BPO Expertise:** A proven track record in sales or business process outsourcing with deep knowledge of client acquisition.
* **Excellent Communication Skills:** Ability to clearly and effectively communicate—both in writing and verbally.
* **Self-Starter Mentality:** Highly motivated, proactive, and comfortable working on a commission-based model.
* **Relationship Builder:** Talent for quickly establishing rapport and trust with potential clients.
* **Tech-Savvy:** Familiarity with CRM tools, email platforms, and digital outreach methods.
