Lauderdale, FL When surgical instruments are sharpened and working properly, surgeons can focus on providing the best care for their patients. STERIS offers a variety of repair solutions to meet the needs of the Customer including onsite mobile repair services, in house repair lab services, or one of five national repair centers.  In this position, you will oversee the daily work on the mobile repair truck and be the face of STERIS for our Customers.  This position may require occasional overnight travel. This role requires daily travel by driving a company vehicle. If offered this position, STERIS will run a 7 year driving record check, as part of our onboarding process. This is a remote based customer facing position. To support and service our customers in this assigned territory candidates must be based out of Florida.  What You Will Do As A Repair Specialist •    You will assume the role as onsite lead for 1-2 other Repair Technicians by managing workflow and day to day Customer needs.  •    You will be responsible for mentoring less experienced Repair Technicians. •    You will repair stainless surgical instrumentation.  •    You will perform Customer and account support tasks, including but not limited to, billing, quality assurance and inventory. •    You will partner with Field Service Operations Manager to understand and achieve contract compliance and Customer satisfaction for  assigned accounts. •    You will identify and escalate risks and issues within Customer accounts timely and effectively.  •    You will collaborate with assigned team and National Asset Management team to ensure current and new account implementation is effective.  What STERIS Offers We value our employees and are committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your health, well-being and financial future.
