Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SAP S4 FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S4 HANA Financials and Controlling modules, with the ability to deliver end-to-end implementation, enhancements, and support. You will work closely with business stakeholders to align financial processes with SAP solutions, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.

1. Implementation and Configuration:

   • Design, configure, and implement SAP S4 HANA Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
   • Customize solutions for General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profitability Analysis (COPA), and more.

2. Business Analysis:

   • Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document financial and controlling requirements.
   • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

3. Integration and Testing:

   • Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP.
   • Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

4. Support and Maintenance:

   • Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
   • Optimize financial processes through SAP enhancements.

5. Project Management:

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during project phases.
   • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation.

6. Training and Documentation:

   • Conduct end-user training sessions and create user manuals.
   • Ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams.

• Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA FICO module implementation and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, reporting, and compliance (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
  • Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience with SAP S4 HANA implementations and migrations.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Fiori applications.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like SAP Solution Manager.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Certifications (Preferred):
  • SAP S4 HANA Finance Certification.
